CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours are subject to 50% of all moneys paid non-refundable Bookings cancelled within 24 hours or no show are subject to a 100% all moneys paid non-refundable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for on line bookings or changes Whilst we do our utmost to insure our chauffeurs are on time, we can not accept responsibility for delays beyond our control The chauffeur will adhere to traffic laws and legal speed limits and will travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the client at the time of booking Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle All charges and variations including kilometres travelled or time to the journey other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extra in accordance with the price structure The client is fully responsible for his properties and entirely at his own risk Our vehicles are strictly non smoking Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the client’s statutory rights
